Volunteer Opportunities
Attic Angel Association – the 501(c)3 organization of volunteers and fund-raisers – has been the wind beneath the wings of community service in Madison since 1889. We're Attic Angel - The One and Only!
The first “attic angels,” descending from their attic with armloads of goods to share, focused on the health and human service needs of children. Eventually, their hearts encompassed older adults as well. Today, the needs of both children and seniors are in the forefront of our volunteer efforts, with a focus on serving the living and health care needs of Attic Angel Community residents.
Nearly 500 volunteer Angels provide approximately 35,000 hours of service and give grants totaling in the six digits annually for causes that benefit children and seniors throughout Dane County. Our signature fund-raising events allow the whole community to participate in our good works, but it is our Angels who make it all happen.
