In Phases One & Two, we've built 108 ranch-style homes.
These homes are two
and three bedroom homes, ranging in size from 1,275 to 2,300 square feet on the
main level. Having built over 20 different floor plans, we don't offer our
floor plans on the website any longer. However, if you'd like to learn
more detail about our unit designs, we're happy to supply these by email, snail
