    NURSING POSITIONS:   

         Nurse Manager
            This is a full-time position on the day shift in our Health Center.  This position joins a
dedicated nursing management team and strong support system.  Successful applicants will have the ability to provide inspiring leadership through example, planning, communication, teaching and empowerment.  Must have knowledge of SNF regulations.  Previous supervisory and long term care experience is preferred.

        RN or LPN
             Part-time openings working a D/PM rotation in our Health Center.  Part-time opening working nights in our Health Center and Assisted Living.  Positions will have a home base, but must have the flexibility to work in different environments.  Must have current WI nursing license.

      CNA
            Full and part-time openings on all shifts.  Must have current WI nursing assistant certification.

FOOD SERVICE DEPT.:

        Cook/Catering Assistant
            Full or part-time.  The hours needed are between 10:30 a.m. and 7 p.m. and every other weekend during the day.  The successful applicant will have large quantity cooking experience.

MAINTENANCE DEPT.:

        Maintenance Worker
            Full time.  Starting time is between 7 - 8 a.m., M-F.  Includes some Saturdays and holidays.  Responsible for repair work, grounds upkeep and cleaning duties within the skilled nursing and assisted living.  Must have a high school diploma.  Previous electrical, plumbing, carpentry and custodial experience is preferred.
