Attic Angel Prairie Point Grows!
Over the past few months we’ve had the excitement of offering thirteen new homes in Phase 2C! In late Summer, we introduced two new building types – 2 four-plexes and 1 five-plex, which make best use of the land we have available. These two and three bedroom homes offer 1,450 and 1,650 square feet of living space, and the subcommittee of residents, staff, architect and contractor have worked to make these spaces so functional and attractive. The ‘icing on the cake’ … these new plans are offered at very affordable life lease pricing!
If you know someone who may wish to build on one of these remaining nine sites, please contact us soon … either Kelly (662-8878) or Claire (662-8911) in our Marketing department, is available to help you with questions or additional information. With just a few more reservations, we’ll start construction on these next homes in Spring 2012!
