Nursing Department

CNA (.8 FTE) PM shift
32 hrs/week; 2:30pm-11:00pm including every other weekend in our Health Center Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation unit.

CNA (.1 FTE) PM shift
8 hrs/pay period; scheduled 4:30-9:30pm every other weekend in our Health Center Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation unit.

CNA (.2 FTE) Day shift
8 hrs/week; 6:30am-3:00pm every other weekend with the option to pick up additional shifts in our Health Center Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation unit.

CNA (.6 FTE) PM shift
24 hrs/week; short shifts 4:30pm-9:30pm including every other weekend in our Health Center Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation unit.

CNA (.7 FTE) PM shift
28 hrs/week; 2:30pm-11:00pm including every other weekend in our Health Center Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation unit.

CNA (.9 FTE) Day shift
34 hrs/week; 6:30am-3:00pm including every other weekend in our Health Center Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation unit.

Internal Pool CNA
Internal Pool will train on all three shifts in their first 3 weeks of employment; then will be available a minimum of 3 open shifts per month to fill in where needed according to facility needs.

Internal Pool Licensed Practical Nurse
Must be available a minimum of 3 open shifts per month to fill in where needed according to facility needs.

Internal Pool Registered Nurse
Internal Pool employees are available to work on all three shifts as needed; a minimum of 3 shifts per month.

Memory Care Assistant or CNA (.5 FTE) Day shift
20 hrs/week; 6:00am-2:30pm including every other weekend in our Haven CBRF Assisted Living.

NOC shift Nursing Supervisor
32 hrs/week; 10:30pm-7:00am Responsible for the daily organization of NOC shift and the direct supervision of all CNAs, RNAs, Staff Nurses (including LPNs and RNs) in Attic Angel Place Health Center, with the exception of Lead Assistants and MDS/Medicare Coordinator.

RSA-Certified (.3 FTE) PM shift
12-16 hrs/week; 4:30-9:30pm including everyother weekend in our Households RCAC Assisted Living.

RSA-Certified (.4 FTE) Night shift
16 hrs/week;10:30pm-7:00am including every other weekend in our Households RCAC Assisted Living.

RSA-Certified (.8 FTE) PM shift
32 hrs/week; 2:30pm-11:00pm including every other weekend in our Households RCAC Assisted Living.

RSA-Certified /Med Pass (.9 FTE) PM shift
34 hrs/week; 6:30am-3:00pm including every other weekend in our Households RCAC Assisted Living.


Maintenance Department

Maintenance Worker
40 hrs/week; 2:30-11:00pm M-F with rotating weekends on call as assigned.


Food Service Department

Waitstaff (.2 FTE) PM shift
10-12 hrs/week M-F 4:30-7:00pm with occasional weekend hours; Sunday 12:00-2:30pm


Housekeeping Department

Housekeeper - fill in as needed
0-40 hrs/week; this is a fill in position to cover open shifts as needed. Flexible schedule with day shift hours M-F


Administration Department

Administrative Assistant
40 hrs/week; 10:00am-6:30pm M-F
