Nursing Department

16 hrs/wk; 10:30 pm to 7:00 am; schedule will vary from week to week based on need. Will primarily work in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility.

CNA (.5 FTE) Day shift
20 hrs/wk; 6:30 am to 3:00 pm, includes every other weekend in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility

CNA (.6 FTE) Day shift
24 hrs/wk; 6:30 am to 3:00 pm includes every other weekend in our Helath Center Skilled Nursing and Rhabilitation Facility

CNA (.6) NOC Shift
24 hrs/wk; 10:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. includes every other weekend in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility.

CNA (.7 FTE) PM shift
28 hrs/wk; 2:30 to 11:00 pm and every other weekend in our Health Center Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Facility

CNA (.8 FTE) PM shift
32 hrs/wk.; 2:30 pm to 11:00 p.m. includes every other weekend in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation center.

CNA (.9 FTE) PM shift
36 hrs/wk; 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm and every other weekend in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility

Internal Pool CNA
Internal Pool will train on all three shifts in their first 3 weeks of employment; then will be available a minimum of 3 open shifts per month to fill if not more where needed according to facility needs.

Memory Care Assistant or CNA (.6 FTE) PM shift
24 hrs/week; 2:00pm-10:30pm in our Haven CBRF Assisted Living.

RSA Certified or CNA (.8) PM shift
32 hrs/week; 2:30-11:00pm including every other weekend in our Households RCAC Assisted Living

RSA-Certified or CNA (.4 FTE) Night shift
16 hrs/week;10:30pm-7:00am including every other weekend in our Households RCAC Assisted Living.

RSA-Certified or CNA (.6 FTE) Day shift
24-32 hrs/week; 6:30am-3:00pm in our Households RCAC Assisted Living.

Food Service Assistant II (1.0 FTE) Day shift
40 hrs/wk; 10:30 am to 7:00 pm; includes every other weekend.

Waiter/Waitress (.2 FTE) PM shift
8 hrs/wk: will be scheduled between the hours of 4:30 pm - 7:00 pm M-Sat and 12:00pm - 2:30 pm Sun. and holidays


Housekeeping Department

Housekeeper (.5 FTE) PM shift
20 hrs/week; 4:00pm-9:00pm 2-3 days a week and 12:30pm-830pm every other weekend. Additional hours may be required to help complete housekeeping duties as needed.


Administration Department

Receptionist (0.0 FTE) as needed
This role is relied on to cover vacation and sick time of current Reception staff. The hours of coverage are 7 am to 9 pm; this position could work any portion of that time.
