Gifts to the Community
Throughout their 120+ year history, Attic Angel has sought to find and meet needs in the greater Madison community. For over 50 years, every June, the Angel volunteers have put on a House & Garden Tour coupled with an Attic Sale to raise funds for deserving non-profit organizations. In years when it is economically feasible, Attic Angel budgets to give funds to non-profit organizations who have programs that fit the Annual Focus of that year. The Annual Focus is decided by the Board of Directors and can be found on the Community Grants page as soon as the Focus is decided.
In addition, Attic Angel provides meeting space for many local non-profits as well as training for CNAs, social workers and dietary staff.
Thank you very much for the part you played in making our Introduction to Social Work course a success. Your kind generosity enabled our students to experience and better understand the ways that you and your colleagues work with the elderly. Needless to say, they were quite impressed.
